I've been here twice and never again. First time I thought is because it was busy, but second time not even. Staff is rude, takes for ever to get ur food n after u get ur food no refills on drinks o fries unless u call the waitress and asks. In my opinion is overpriced for the quality n service u get.
The quality of the burgers went done a little but the service was great!!!! MELISSA IS AN AWESOME WAITRESS!!!
First and last time... if u are going to have a 14.00 cheeseburgers make sure there good and the bottom bun was solid grease.... it was a waste of 40.00 lunch and we won't be back !!!!!!!!!

No joy...not in the food or in the serving. I can get plain ole burgers anywhere. The atmosphere has changed, too. It was like punching a time card for a job you are tired of. It's supposed to be "hip and trendy" but it's just plain loud. I doubt we'll ever go again.

This place was absolutely terrible. My waitress never brought a drink for my daughter. Then when i ordered my chicken sandwich it was not made how i asked and they didnt bring the fries i asked for. When i brought it to the waitress attention she did not offer to remake it. The burger my boyfriend order was burnt. Then when the waitress brought my sons food out instead of handing me the plate when i was reaching for it she hand it to my 6 year old son who end up spilling it. Completely horrible. Was promised by a lady manager on the phone I would get a gift certificate for my trouble I had being or charged and I never received or heard from them again!
I would definitely recommend asking for Rich because he always makes your experience a great one when you come here.
