Server was � food was very good � that's was my first me and my daughter visited Red Robin
Awful experience. Went this afternoon to celebrate our daughter's birthday (5) and had to leave before eating or getting her the promised ice cream/happy birthday song. Waited an hour (early evening- we arrived at 4, so not busy) and finally had to ask for our food to go, as it wasn't yet ready (we have a 17 month old who has about an hour sitting limit). No apology, no reason for the wait (once we asked for it to go, our food was magically "ready"). This used to be our go-to, family-friendly weekly haunt, but this definitel... read more
Terrible experience in what was once a favorite place. An unnecessary disagreement between the servers over what section was available, the order was wrong, the burgers passable at best, the fries tossed on the plate (all 12 of them). One pass by the server for a glass of soda and inquiry about food quality. Won't be returning. Sad.
Had great service and great food today before work!!! And the waitress was polite and very cute!!! ;-) Never caught her name though....
