We came to eat after shopping at ridgedale last night. Guy waited on us took our order that was it. A lady had to bring us our food. Never came to check on us till the tablet didn't work 10 minutes after we pushed the button. And oh some dude in street clothes was let in the kitchen area. I will never go back have never been treated with such disrespect
Service and food was great! This is the first time I've ever been to Red Robin. I'm looking forward to going back!
Order of wings came in cold. Drinks not refilled. Burger ordered as well done, came very pink. Will not return. Server did an amazing job and did resolve complaints. We appreciated her effort when the rest of the staff didn't support her.
Food was good but when I took my Niece to the bathroom they cleared the table. We were only half done eating. Never sent a manager over and charged me full price. I won't be be back.
Best burgers we've had in a long time! Service was awesome! Very kid friendly!
Horrible experience. Waited almost a half hour for my lemonade, finally got our food after almost 45 minutes (barley any fries) had to wait over ANOTHER half hour for another order of fries, server would just set our food down without saying anything, didn't check to see if we needed anything, you could hear servers screaming in the kitchen calling each other cunts while there is little kids here. We felt uncomfortable the entire time we were here.
I go in its packed services was beyond great even thou my wait was a lil long and my burger was made wrong but they fixed compensated me for my time food was great and them new siracha or how ever you spell it shrimp where some of the best shrimp I've had cooked here in mn so yes I'll be back with my crew next time Ty for the experience
