Tyhe burgers are great,and the company we had was even better!
The worst. Waiting over an hour for seating. Ran to rest room while waiting.. and there were at least 10 tables open but had not been bussed. If wait staff is good. ..they would know prebus is very important and u can make more money by seating more tables. But mgt could be helping. They r not. It is a mess. And we havent even got a table yet. Disappointing.
We used to come here very often (like once a week), and LOVED it. We went a couple weeks ago and it was horrible. Waited 45min-hour waiting for food. I ordered a bacon lettuce tomato avocado sandwich, I took a bite and there was no avocado. Waitress took forever to come check on us but when she finally did I told her there was no avocado and asked her to bring me a side of it and I could put it on myself. Dirty plates surrounded me at the bar for 30 minutes while there were about 8 people there. Had immediate heart palpitations from the French onion soup. There must have been a full cup of salt to half a cup of stock. With so many restaurants to go to, this was a poor decision. I’ll chalk it up to being tired flying in and not wanting to stray too far from the hotel.
Never have I had a poor experience here but if you get seated by the servers/kitchen area be prepared for loud banter including swearing and talk of vomiting. I wish I was joking sadly our food was sub par due to the oil needing to be changed badly as well. We let our server know who was pleasant to deal with, however, we won't be returning to this location.
