Burger not good Fries nothing soecial
Half the tables were open. Not seating any of the guests waiting for tables for over 40 minutes due to the large volume of to-go orders. Red Robin...get your crap together. Chili’s got our business tonight!

Worst customer service ever.
My son has life threatening allergies to tree nuts, nuts, shellfish and mollusk and cows milk protein. We used to come and bring our own bin. The last time we were in they said it wasn’t safe because the allergy fryer was right next to other fryer. I asked about the burger and they couldn’t make that safe either. I spoke to 2 general managers. It was the one place we could go out at. Food allergy people stay away and be safe clearly they don’t want us
