Service is bad, and incredibly slow. Last time I was here we waited over an hour for food. We are here now and it's been 50 minutes and counting. Waitress hasn't been back to refill drinks in over 39 minutes. Don't think I'll be back.
I was recently here on Veteran's Day with my parents. My Dad is a veteran and I must say kudos to you Red Robin. This is the first time my Dad has ever received a card signed by all the employees thanking him for his service and for the wait staff to come up and thank him personally along with the free meal. Great job and Thanks for Honoring the Veterans.
Was told 20 minute wait and five minutes later was seated, even on busy Friday night. Server was over the top helpful and delightful.

We used to come here a lot, but it's been a few years. Probably will not be back. The service was horrible - took 15 minutes before someone came to our table, then 25 minutes waiting for our food. Portions are much smaller than they used to be and when we asked for a refill on fries, it took another 15 minutes to get them. By that time, we were done eating and just ready to leave. Hostess is not good. Requested for a booth because there were empty ones, she gave us a table that was way in the end . Told us that when a booth opens, we can transfer. ..duh???
