Poor service on a very slow night. It being super bowl Sunday, Red Robin was slower than usual. The host was very nice, and sat us right away. Our server was very inattentive, never asked how our food was, never refilled waters, never asked if we wanted more or our "bottomless" fries, and our server was nowhere to be found the entire time. We had to flag her down just to ask for our checks. Crazy, considering there were other servers and only three other tables being used. Gave 2 stars because my burger was great!
This Thursday at 6 o'clock the family went to red Robin and had great service Nicole took very good care of us we were hungry and served immediately clocks and fries and burgers were all great extra hungry boys enjoyed the endless fries will be back again soon
I've been coming here since 2001, always fresh salads and excellent burgers!

I got food poisoning... Great tasting food and good service but getting sick from it made a 4 star go to a 1.
