Very excellent burgers, friendly staff and great kids menu. Two thumbs up...if i had more thumbs I'd use them!
I've been here a few times and service and food has always been good. Just a note all the valley restaurants are kind of slow after placing your order so don't be in a hurry (that's my expeience so far).
I have always loved this Red Robin, but today was exceptional. Thomas was our server and he had a smile on his face the whole time. My son spilled his brother's drink, Thomas cleaned it up with a smile. We needed lots of refills on things and Thomas got them for us with a smile. He was attentive, anticipated our needs, and was kind to everyone. I really appreciate having a restaurant to go to that is truly kid friendly with such awesome servers. Thank you!!
I cannot believe the horrible service we received. We never got an apology, never got our fries, and never will return.
