Food was good, but the service was horrendous! Not only was it our inattentive server, it was also the management staff who told us we were charged for the appetizer we received even though it wasn't the right one that we ordered, and walked away! The bathroom was sticky and gross, and only 1 stall of the 3 stalls was functioning (it's great when you have a 5 year old trying to hold it while waiting for the ONE stall to become available). Horrible dining experience, do NOT recommend the AV location!
Went to the Red Robin on Cedar Ave. twice in the past months. Food was good. But service was HORRIBLE! Bartender was very rude and cleared our drinks off the bar without asking us if we were done. Complained to management with same poor attitude as their wait staff! For the costly price of their menu I expected much better service. Spent over $75 on our last visit but will never stop at Red Robin again! Less than 1.

What did you do to your burgers! It was a tasteless, greasy disgusting excuse for a hamburger! I have a tummy ache now! I will never go back! I use to love your burgers. Your manager wouldn't even come over! Boo!
Had a great dinner... But what did it for us was our server! She was amazing... Paid attention to every detail (the place was busy) and was incredible friendly! When we come back we will ask to sit with her if possible... Kennedy thank you for such great service!
They were very busy, but Kamala was very attentive!
I always have a great burger and fries. Great service, fresh food.
