Even though it's super close to home and offers a wide variety of gluten free options, I think today was my last visit to Red Robin. I always order my burger cooked medium but never get it that way. I talked to a manager about it at one of our visits and he told us to ask for a manager when we come in to make sure we get our burgers as requested. The worst place I've ever been to! Horrible food & even worse service! I will never return
We were disappointed yet again with the service at this location. It's too bad that the good food and atmosphere is always hurt by the inattentive staff there. They don't greet you when you come in (or say anything when you leave) and customers are always left hanging out by the entrance waiting for several minutes for someone (anyone!) to finally show up and take them to a table. The waiter had to be reminded to refill drinks and was generally non-existent for most of the meal. It's a shame.
This was the worst food I have ever had. 40 min. Wait for like warm food Yuk!!!!
Came for family dinner our waiter just took our order and only came back to give us bill my burger was way under cooked bloody pink inside he just took my burger and threw it out didn't even ask why. Very unhappy with the service
