They brought out our appetizer and the plates were dirty so I asked them to make sure my main meal plates were clean and they were dirty too. Manager took off $13 from the meal that the food was cold. It was my Birthday and everyone was done eating before I got my cold meal. Would never go back there again. Manager treated wait staff like crap and he looked a little sloppy for a Manager. Big waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went with a large party for my daughters birthday. We had one server who had a few other tables. We waited 30 minutes or more for food and drinks. We had to send the milkshakes back twice because they were watery.the onion rings were soggy, fries cold. They came out with more fries and to sing happy birthday as we were leaving. I’m usually very pleased coming here but yesterday was really bad.
My family went there last night and the manager micha (sp?) made a HUGE scene AFRER over charging us. Not only were we over charged but he had the nerve to put his hands on my brother. He's very lucky that we didn't press charges for assault. I hope this situation is handled correctly when the higher ups are notified tomorrow. It's sad that someone that is a so called manager can act SO unprofessional. We will NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will make sure everyone knows how my family was treated.
We ordered onion ring appetizers and we got our burger I asked what about our appetizer, it was never made. We cancelled it cause who needs a appetizer after your burger comes. Burger was good but our French fries tasted like a salt lick, very disappointing. No onion rings before our burger and salt lick French fries with the burger. Great location, a place to satisfy my cravings for a Burger, and Fries.
Took me forever to get my drink, then I had to go looking for my onion rings, & it wasn't crazy busy so you can't use that as an excuse.
So I just ordered Red Robin through Door Dash. Door Dash is awesome but Red Robin is an absolute embarrassment to food, at least the Aurora location. The burger wasn't bad but the chili cheese fries I ordered tasted like they were 3 weeks old and microwaved; the cheese was dried up and there was no chili on them whatsoever. What a joke! Waste of money. Aren't you embarrassed? You should be. I'd like a refund... I'm never ordering through you clowns again
