RecommendedMy first time ever eating at Red Robin
Had a great experience. Our server was very attentive and kept our glasses full. No issues at all.
Service was really really bad! Had to remind our server twice of shakes we ordered. When he did come back we told we no longer wanted the shakes since we were almost done with burgers. Manager was just as bad... She came to our table to tell us she'll take shakes off our bill..... Well duh???? Really no kind of apology. Server never came back to refill water/soda or more fries. This was our first time eating Red Robin, may be our last!
Food was decent, it more so the service that was annoying. We waited over an hour for our food to get to the table even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. When the food did come, my fries were barely warm. Don't know about anyone else's food. Waitress was still very pleasant and apologized for the long wait and explained they were a little short staffed.
They're is nothing like waiting 10 minutes ( and counting) for a table for 2 in a nearly empty restaurant. Too cheap to hire staff!

Best place to eat a burger
We ate here today for thw first time and had a great experience. The host was attentive and helpful. Our waiter, I cannot remember his name, was amazing. He was young, blonde, muscular. He actually noticed when something in our order was wrong as he was setting our food on the table without us even having to say something and fixed it right away.
