Your Coleslaw is totally a tasteless disgrace. With so many good slaw dressings, the Chef needs to "step it up" from a minus zero rating to no lower than an eight rating... Come on Kitchen, get to work now..

We went for my boyfriend's bday. All 3 of us had completely finished our meals before they brought more fries out (for the bottomless deal). And then, we had paid out bill and were walking out the door when they brought him his birthday sundae in a to-go cup. I was pretty bummed. They did give us 1/2 off our ticket though.
I have a love hate relationship with Red Robin. Every time I try a new or exciting item, I am always disappointed. So I stick with either the Banzai burger or the Whiskey River BBQ burger. The service is always anywhere from laughable to passable. So on the whole, it's only somewhere to go when I want one of those two burgers. And never when I'm anticipating stellar service.
I absolutely love my Red Robin, every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile and great service. The food is always so good and the waiters are all friendly and patient.
