red robin, went there tonight for dinner, 1hr and 40 min 3 orders came to our table, 1st sandwich hard bread cold fries, 2nd burger oh sorry that not the right one, 3 rd fish and chips cold fries, another sandwich hard bun, oh guess what we dont have any clean silver ware, finally the manager came, real nice guy with alot of excuses, oh ya that was the second guy with excuses, what happened to red robin used to be good, and then guess what we got a new waitress to take our order,i guess i should just say it red robin u suck.
Have been going here for years and have never been disappointed.
