My family and I go to Red Robin at least once a week for dinner... I took my 7 year old there tonight for his birthday. I told the waitress it was his birthday. The service sucked, there was a pice of hair in my salad, and the waitress never brought my son a sundae or sang "happy birthday" to him!!!! He was in tears when we left:( we waited 15 min after the bill was paid and got NOTHING! I will NEVER take my son to your restaurant again.... SHAME ON YOU!
