After all the positive experiences in the past, this visit made me tear up my loyalty card and vow to not visit this location again.
Was at the Red Robin on North Academy for a tasting for SYNQ3. Got to taste several burgers and awesome sides. Havent eaten there since 2005 but i was VERY pleased. Staff was great just getting boxes to gather food was a pain...otherwise EXECELLENT food!!
I always enjoy Red Robin when I visit Colorado Springs, never had bad service either. Love the Veggie Burger! My only negative is that I wish they had more MeatFree options. Other than that my visit was 10 out of 10!
When I arrived I was meeting two people, asked the host if she had sat them; she was rude and unhelpful. 10 minutes passes, we finally get sat; watch 4 different servers pass our table without so much as acknowledging us; after 15 minutes of waiting we left. I will never attempt to eat here again
We were with a group of about 100 excited teenagers who just finished a dance recital. The place was packed and hectic, but the staff handled it all like champs. The food was great!
Great burgers and sides! Service was also quick and polite.
I'm not sure if it's the branch or what, but it wasn't that great like they usually are...
