We just ordered using grubhub, we got the adult clocks and fries and a kids clucks and fries (3 piece). We get our meals and they are identical. I called and talked to a hostess who sounded like she had been sleeping. I asked her what the difference between the two and were. She had to put me on hold. The adult should contain 4 chicken fingers. What's irritating is the adult version is almost $12 and the kids is $6. So we paid double for the extract same meal. Very rude manager, food was cold, fries felt they where in the walk in not even cooked, wrong order and missing items on top of that. Cross contamination, looked like cabbage and some other stuff mixed into the pub Mac and cheese....
By far the worst food I have ever had it was cold over cooked and then there were no napkins placed on the table waiter did not come by to give us any I will never go back
Everything I’ve eaten their has been wonderful. It’s nice to go the a casual restaurant and have good gluten free burgers.
Recommendedour waitress treated us with respect and saw to all our needs with a smile.
I just picked up my to go order from N Academy. It took forever to get someone to help me. I asked for extra fries they gave me 1 small box with hardly anything in it. Wasn't even worth my time asking to get those. I'll do my business elsewhere or at the powers location.
Food was good, but had difficulty with the Auto-Waiter when trying to pay the bill. We had a $25 gift card and tried to swipe it / apply it to our bill. No go! Waiter had to take the card elsewhere and then return with new bill that, unbeknownst to us, had charged a tip (did not show when trying to use auto-waiter). Not realizing we had been charged the tip (due to gift card use), we left a really good cash tip on the table. So, in short, we unknowingly tipped twice. Grrrrrr...
