Food and service were great! Would've gave 5 stars if that little kiosk/console didn't let my 5 year old charge me $1.99 for some game.. There should be some sort of authorization before let little ones play games that charge..

Red Robin oh how I love your burgers!!! I went to Chili's the other night, for fajitas, and noticed they offer a grass fed beef updraft for $1!! Can Red Robin PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE jump on the natural beef wagon! You would earn so much more business if you had this option! I mean seriously I cheat on you 2 of the 4 times I get burgers each month because I want the healthier option... You could have all 4 of my burger outings! Yep, I eat out a lot and plan out my red meat allotments! So help me out and go grass!
Thank you Red Robin on Jamboree for ruining my birthday dinner last night. Worst customer service by the manager Kayla. Somehow she was blaming me for being served a burnt hamburger, then delivered the wrong one. By the time I received my meal everyone else at the table plates had already been removed. Not once did we receive an apology and they were fully aware it was my birthday. This is a place we go often...I am still disgusted this morning.
