overpriced , will not be back
I love Red Robin. But the service at this location was terrible. Good thing I don’t live in the area, I won’t be coming back to this location.
We’ve been going there for years. The food is always tasty and the staff is friendly and great.
I am incredibly frustrated with Red Robin. They used to be my favorite place to eat and now I don't think I'll be returning. Every time I come in and ask for a gluten free menu I'm told I have to look it up myself. This would be fine if it even worked. I try to go to the website and it will not load without Adobe Flash and my phone will not let me download Flash. I've tried it on two phones with the same result. I told my server and she told me i could ask her. I tried asking my server questions about items containing gluten... read more
Pickup order was missing items and I have waited over 25 minutes for a manager with no one even checking in with me. I am still on hold as I write this.
Waitress was friendly and efficient
Very disappointing. The order was taken wrong after being repeated back to us. Many more mistakes were made throughout the meal time. The food came back cold and wrong. Wait staff was not accommodating at all. There were 5-6 other wait staff standing around talking & laughing while customers waited for water & extra ranch dressing. It was disappointing to say the least. And I won't be returning....I still left a tip🙂
