Food was not that great the service was.
Wait was super long to get a table. Food was cold and raw. Second replacement was cold and raw. Took an hour to get food. Manager gave us a small discount on bill.

Dining in is not bad. But the delivery was very poor. Arrived an hour later than expected. Fries and burgers were cold by then. And finally, instead of the burger I ordered, they gave me the generic basic Red Robin burger for some reason. wouldn't recommend ordering from this location.
My husband and I love Red Robin. However...delivery sucks. I just had surgery so we ordered my first meal in 7 days and the messed up the order. I called them back an hour ago to get the missing items and still haven't gotten them yet. They said they have drivers out and will sent one back to the house. oh did I mention that last month on our first delivery order the messed that one up too. Not looking good Red Robin Delivery. 😏😏😏

I am extremely disappointed in Red Robin delivery tonight. I called the store twice for status. The first person I spoke with told me I was wrong about my expected delivery time and quoted me a new time. The second person I spoke with, Ryan, simply said I don't know when the delivery person left but he's on his way. Neither issued any sort of apology. My order arrived 45 minutes late and was not accurate.
