Jenna at the bar is basically a rockstar. She zooms around like a tiny hummingbird, smiling ear to ear, never missing a beat.
Red Robin is absolutely amazing my boyfriend and I went there for Dinner on Saturday night and it was delicious and also the fried pickles were to die for best I' I've ever had actually my Boyfriend and I will defiantly be back very very soon also our waitress was Great!!!!
Our service was really slow. Our waitress Lindsey was not polite and i thought she was going to spill our drinks when she slammed them down on the table. We were very close to walking out.
Food is decent. Service is okay. Not exceptional and not terrible. It’s your typical chain restaurant. If you want great service and great food go to a smaller, locally owned place. For a quick and easy dinner or lunch, this place works.
Love the food but the service sucks soooo bad. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my food than 20 more minutes for a frie refill.
Not one for giving negative reviews but making an exception for this Red Robin on Powers Blvd. Lots of other dining choices in this area.. don’t waste your time and money at this location.

Service sucks 30 minutes for a pick up order are you kidding me? The only reason I'm leaving the 2nd star is becuase I love the teriyaki chicken sandwich... and the time before the service sucked, as a server/bartender myself it's frustrating giving a restaurant a second chance with their service only to get just as poor as before... no communication involved highly disappointed. Rather travel across town from now on..
