I wasn’t able to do a survey but we had this server in the bar named Jefe, he was super nice and funny and a great server! The food is always amazing and the customer service is always spot on! Even though they are busy you always have a drink in your hand or eating some fries or app! The food isn’t rushed and sloppy like some places when they are busy! I’ve been to the one of N Carefee about 5 times and I’ve never had a bad experience!
I want to start by saying I use to really love red Robbin. I enjoy the food when it's actually hot and I like the environment. I am writing this review to specifically point out that the restaurants are always understaffed and it's completely ridiculous. If you can't staff the restaurants appropriately then you should maybe consider lowering your prices to reflect the service and food quality, which is severely lacking. Very disappointed. I ordered a Bleu Ribbon burger and it had no Bleu cheese crumbs on it. How do you mess that up? I spent $50 on two meals and my burger was the worst I've ever had in Colorado.
Normally a great experience at any Red Robin. This one, unfortunately, was not so great. I'd love to explain why, but out of respect I won't. They need to teach their servers some respect tho.
Pat was the best server we have had anywhere in a long time. We had refilled drinks before we asked, fries were a steady stream. It makes all the difference!! She was awesome!!!! Thanks!!
