Have been so hungry for Red Robin. Could not wait for them to open back up for dine in. Was one of my favorite places to eat until today. Food was not good at all. Its like they changed since shutting down for Covid-19. Disappointed

Liars liars! We called ahead to be put on the waitlist and told them we were 5 min away. They said there is no wait we will put you on the list. We show up and they tell us it's a 25 minute wait. We would have gone somewhere else. Dont trust this place when you need to feed your family they are liars.
Placed an order online tonight because of the BOGO coupon I got in my email today. I ordered 2 pizzas, an app and a salad and when my food was delivered I was missing an entire pizza! I called to try and have my pizza delivered for my hungry family and was told I could have the money refunded and go online to place a new order. I guess I'll go out and get something to feed the rest of my family. Thanks for nothing! 👍I've been a customer for years and I won't be back.
Food is mediocre at best, service is typically bad, though tonight wasn't terrible. Only went here because my kid wanted to celebrate his birthday here. Otherwise, I refuse.
