Horrible burgers smaller then McDonald's and service was extremely slow. I walked out
Horrible customer service. My son asked for more apples and waitress was snippy with him and was rude. They push the ziosk to order stuff instead of do their jobs. I've tried calling corporate on the waitress and no response. Will not go back!
Love the food, HATE the ziosk. Don't force me to use a computer at the dining table. You hire people for a job, do not take that away from them. May never dine at Red Robin again because of that.

Waited ten to get seated waited 20 minutes to get greeted....here now and nobody had came to greet us. Wow
