Stopped by to have drinks and dinner before a movie at amc. Our waiter had to be told we were waiting for him. He came over to late that we only had time for drinks. I was never so disappointed with Red Robin.
Waitress and service was great that's why I tipped generously but food was terrible, I ordered a one million dollar baby burger and it was so plain and distasteful. I remember Red Robin use to be way better with their food quality. Seems like they been skimping lately, I guess that's what happens when you become a chain of a corporation.
Fantastic service, Excellent food, but more attention is needed on the floors...I saw a fork, straw paper, napkins, and other small pieces of stuff scattered about under the tables. Still, have to give 5 stars for impeccable service we received!
Luke was a great personable bartender and the staff was very courteous. The kitchen made amazing burgers and the garlic fries were so tasty. Don't leave without trying Luke's Irish Beer Shake. Thank you Red Robin for a great date night. #redrobin
We went in during a crazy busy rush on a Saturday night, our server Ian was so nice and wonderful. He offered and brought us French fries with our drinks cause my kids were already acting up, he then forgot to ring in our food which normally would upset me as I am a server in the food industry as well but they were so sweet to us in that moment. He gave my husband a free beer (best way to his pocketbook lol) and the kids were happy and occupied, we got our food and it was hot and delicious! The manager then came Over and off... read more
