Great food and great service, bad atmosphere. We had burgers and they where very good. The place was so crowded and seems a bit dirty. Would have loved a cozier atmosphere.
Unfortunately, service was crappy. It's a good thing the food is good.
Went after shopping. It was this or five guys across the street. Should have gone to five guys! Service was horrible and never offered a refill husband only got one beer. And when asked if we wanted more fries (almost at the end of our meal) we said yes and never got them even tho he walked passed us about 3 more times. We finally gave up and asked for our check frm a diffrent server! I understand they are busy but maybe less tables per servers so we dont get forgotten! Not worth the 60bucks for 3 of us! One of the best Red Robin's, we have eaten at!! The food was very delicious, seasoned to perfection!! The atmosphere was upbeat and very comfortable, even with three families (with a lot of kids), sitting next to us. The server Kat, was amazing!! She was very friendly and made sure everything was to our liking!! She came back and checked on us and made sure our drinks were refilled, but she didn't over do it!! Great experience over all and we will make sure we go back frequently!!!
