We waited over an hour for our food, & it was just burgers & fries. And then the Parmesan fries had a minuscule amount of seasoning. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to wait a long time...I’m giving up on Red Robin.
Worst experience ever. I’m a single dad and brought my 3 kids to eat after wrestling practice. They all ordered the Mac n cheese and it took an hour to get the food. Then, when we got the food everyone’s food was cold. I advised the waitress of this and she brought 3 more out and the next ones were still frozen. This is honestly the worst dining experience I’ve had. The manager and the waitress acted like they could care less. Not coming back.
I love Red Robin! I always get the Royal Red Robin, it is my favorite! 🤤 Our waitress, Caitlin, made our lunch so enjoyable! She was personable and funny! A great family day!
The food was ok but our server was rude and horrible I won’t be going back to the flatirons location sat down waited 30 min had to ask why was taking so long server was rude had to get a manager to bring fries
