My husband and I came in to eat today with our two toddlers. My son who has sensory issues/delays was having a full on meltdown. Nothing seemed to get him to stay calm and quiet for long. Our server, Tim, went above and beyond to get my son food and settled. He took exceptional care of us and was hands down the BEST server I've ever had. We love Red Robin and go fairly often. Today was just more proof of why it's a great restaurant.
Exquisite burguers!! And great service!!! Off course red Robin from Brighton!!!
Pretty bad when you see what looks like a kitchen manager eating fries off a CUSTOMER'S plate before sending out. #disappointment
Our waiter is a retired Veteran much respect to him for serving Our Country! Totally enjoyed the conversation with him, he provided excellent and prompt service definitely recommend and wish to return soon.
