Our hostess who seated us was a lovely young girl who was very polite. Our waitress Whitney was probably the best waitress I've ever had. I was with my daughters and grandson ( who is 5) and when I accidentally put ketchup on his plate she immediately brought out a new plate, with not even an eye roll while my grandson was crying. (My eyes were rolling!) Food was cooked perfect she kept the fries coming for the girls and deserved more than the ten dollar tip I could afford. Kudos Whitney!! The girl deserves a raise!!
Waitress Charlie has great energy and attentive. I ordered Smoke and Pepper Burger, but no Black Pepper Bacon was served on the burger :>(
Food was great and server was too, until the end when it took us another 20 minutes to get our ticket right and another 10 to pay.
my son and I decided to go to Red Robin after he passed his driver's permit test. We walked into the restaurant and we were greeted by a very friendly hostess who sat us right away. Our server showed up with in minutes and I was checking my emails to see what special they were running for rewards members. Lucky for us it was a free shake which my son wanted. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was great! I can never decide on one dipping sauce so I always select two. 😁
Great food, and great service. Red Robin is always one of our favorite places, and they did not disappoint.
Good food, but the service was far. Good variety of food and choices, and endless fries. We go there a few times a month.
First time in a Red Robin since our horrible experience over 10 years ago. So glad we gave them another try. We were there Wednesday night. Haley greeted us at the front door with a huge smile and made us feel very welcome. James was our server and he was fantastic! My hubby had a FREE birthday burger (A.1.® Peppercorn) and I tried out the Sir Acha Tavern Double. What a wonderful choice for both of us!
