It took 45 minutes to get our food...our drinks ca.e AFTER our meal...once we reminded them of our drinks...ordered a refill on fries that never came. Poor experience

Weather was ugly so decided to splurge on Linner, not to busy and lots of seats,people sittn everywhere, they gave us the second booth by the door so we got all the wind when the door opened and employees booth right in front of us,talking trash and loud while on break and good was not good at all....mozerella cheese sticks were cold and the sauce with it, burgers not good , fries burnt, when you spend that kinda money you expect better, eat there 10 times a year but Saturday, dissatisfaction....next time I'll say something ... read more

Dinner was awesome as usual, guacamole bacon cheeseburgers and margaritas, place was packed and food came fast at mall 205 in portland Oregon my favorite place, staff is excellent, thankyou Red Robins, , YUM....
I can't complain got my meal for free. Signed for the rewards program.
Fries are always cold at this location. Even when they are not busy.
