I ordered through Grubhub, paid $30 and change to not get the correct size for my macaroni and cheese, no side salad, no extra sauce I asked for, barely any steak fries instead of the herbed garlic fries( maybe 10 fries) and was cold.
We recently booked accommodations for 22 in advance, for a family support lunch in who was in a state of grief. The management and staff was so caring and tentative, and patient with us all as we were hopping around seat to seat visiting while the staff was trying to take our orders. I would like to take the opportunity to send a special Thank You!!! to Heather (the manager) and ours 2 servers and all the staff that signed a card for our loved ones. Filthy restaurant. Obviously understaffed, worst food I have ever had. Cheese sticks were doughy. Messed up my son's order. They have gone downhill.
Came in with friends for lunch and had Fish and Chips. The food was dropped at our table, first bite was raw potatoes. The serving staff were apologetic and brought another plate that was also not completely cooked. My final bite in to the fish, raw batter... UNACCEPTABLE and dangerous. I was sick 20 minutes later and that lasted 2 days. Called the restaurant and asked for the Manager only to get the run around. Left a message to contact me and have NEVER received a call back. I didn't realize how much I had missed eating here; the cheese burger was delicious, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Will be back soon.
