Our server was great. Super attentive and thoughtful. Food arrived hot and was very tasty. The restaurant is very dirty. It needs to be deep cleaned. The floor below our booth was caked with reminants of spilled food and beverages. It was so dirty I almost left and went somewhere else. But my kids wanted to stay. It makes me wonder...if the dining room is this dirty how clean is the kitchen?!
We had a pleasant dine in experience. Food was good. Drinks were tasty. Kid was entertained. Sucks you have to pay 2 bucks to play games, but whatever. Service was good. Checkout was fast.
The drinks were small and weak. The burgers are small for the cost. And it gave me a upset stomach for the following day. Will not be back
Waited to be seated when it was empty. Then waited over 10 mins for a server. Never saw a server, so we finally just walked out.
Dear Red Robin. I love you (hence the 4 stars), but my vegetarian heart is breaking. Word on the street is you've replaced the old veggie burgers with a house-made burger that has raisins. I know that if you eat meat, being a vegetarian/vegan must sound crazy, and maybe it is a little...but it's not a "lets put raisins in their burgers" level of crazy. Great place to eat! Our hamburgers and French fried were really good. So we decided to try a dessert! Ordered the mini donuts and chocolate sauce. It Smelled so good! Bit into one and they had been deep fried in onion oil! Blah really ruined the flavor! We were both very disappointed in them!!! But we will go back!!!
Im guessing they were short handed our waitress was sweet but wasn’t able to check back with us very often. The food was amazing. I just felt bad for the staff , and the other people waiting to be seated when there were plenty of open tables.
Customer service at this place sucks. 15 min wait not a problem. Our waitress was never around. Wrong sauce. & our order took forever. Groups bigger then our 4 & people seated way after got their orders before us. Not happy & will not return.
