Service was slow, had to ask for sweetener for our iced tea, was not offered a refill, sweet potato fries arrived cold. Those delivering food should be inspecting it before it goes out to the table. We most likely won't be back. Service and quality has gone downhill.
Terrible service. Waited (after being seated) for 15 minutes just for drinks. Placed our orders and received cold food 25 minutes later. Some sort of manager brought us a coupon for an appetizer, on our next visit. Tone deaf much? There was clearly not enough staff on the floor to handle the customers. My family visits this location often and are rewards members. We will find another location to visit. This is the 3rd time we've been disappointed at this location.
We ordered slightly pink burgers and they were both burnt. We already sent one burger back because it was missing the lettuce and tomato.
It was awful. The food was cold and if it wasn't cold it wasn't good or made correctly. Even our drinks were bad! The server tried, but he kept saying I'll bring that right over and items were never delivered. When we spoke with the manager the answer was, what do you want me to do about it? We won't be visiting for a very long time!
One of the Burgers were cold, Roy Roger's had way too much cherry. Atmosphere is great burgers were good except for the cold one. Overall had better experience at different locations.
