Waitress was uneducated and rude....my order was a mess n uncooked property....and its not the first time.....
I ordered the new Cheese Lovers Tavern burger last night. There were about 6 pieces of mac and cheese between two very over cooked patties. I expected that it would be smaller because the price is about half of the others but it didn't need to be over cooked and WAY over advertised. Went there tonight and were told the wait was 5 to 10 minutes. There were tons of empty tables and a bunch of us stand there waiting. Instead of seating us the person was sorting menus on the counter and when we finally got called to be seated they were going to put us by the bar station with a bunch of dirty glass right behind us. Red Robin has been my favorite for the last 10 years. Sadly over the last 2 years the service and experience has been declining. Loving it as much as I do, I have put up with how things have been. However, my experience today was my final straw. We were seated quickly (me,my 5 year old daughter, and her 7 year old friend ). Unfortunately that was the best part of my dinning experience. Red robin has delicious food but lately the one in Gresham has shitty service. The fries were cold and the waiter had an attitude. If u don't like ur job then maybe u should go elsewhere
My family came in to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday tonight and to sum this up the service was not well in anyway. The food was wrong on 4 out of 8 orders and even the to go order was wrong. My 7 year old needed a refill on water and he never got it. Absolutely terrible all the way around. Very disappointed.
Worst service ever!! Never coming back! Waited for over an hour, just to have the manager come and tell us they lost our food ticket. Then she tells us they will have our food right out. Which didn't come out for another half an hour! And when our food did get there my chicken burger was cold and my husband burger was very pink when we had asked for it to be WELL DONE. Seriously never going back.
