Had the best service ever tonight from Jeremy at the Gresham Red Robin. He went above and beyond for our sons 5th birthday and dealing with our twins, the extra requests and our mess (yes, 3 kids make a mess!) we have had spotty service in the past and are pleased with the new servers, electronic process and the new management! Our burgers came out raw, still cold in the middle. Manager didn't seem to care at all.
We love us some BONZI burgers! We have to drive over 100 miles to get but we do often.
I would like to thank Red Robin for a horrible Fathers Day dinning experience! And then to site back and watch other fathers get the same treatment as I did, watching our family's eat or in my case not eat was very frustrating. Your wait staff seemed very over whelmed for not that many people. Got our food to go an by time we drove 6 blocks home food was cold. Would not ever recommend this location!
Poor service trying to have a a Family dinner been waiting over an hour now they tell us could be another 30 minutes. Do not recommended
I always come to this red robin and i dont recall ever having a bad experience. Me and my fiance and daughter love the people here.
Had a horrible experience last weekend. When I contacted them about it they offered me a $20 gift card. I spent over $70 there! When I tried contacting them again....no response.
I love this place I've never had a problem with it the whiskey grill burger is relly delishious and the fries are awesome especially the onion rings I'm going there for my birthday today and I'm getting a gingerbread shake I only get it once a year sometimes you have to wait a little Bit for service but there are sooo many people that like this place it us soooo popular and the waiters have so many orders to fill I don't mind because maybe they need some cheering up to its is hard working with the public I know I did it for ... read more
