worst dinning experience in my life, never going back
This place used to have fast service. The two times I have ordered to go I have had to wait over 40 minutes!! I was told 20-30 minutes and that was not the case. Now, as I am sitting in the lobby waiting for 50 minutes for my food I was told they messed up on my order. Seriously Red Robin?!? Where is the customer service! You sit the people in the lobby faster than you make the to go meals. I'm disappointed and angry to say the least. Last time I am ordering from this location.
Refuse to go back. Really disappointed in the service the past 6 months. Don't understand how it went downhill so fast.
Since the remodel about 8 months ago the service and atmosphere have really gone down hill! They've crammed in way too many tables, so you're constantly being bumped into by servers, busboys, and waitresses. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after our meal was served. When we asked for more fries, the waitress apparently forgot. And it's noiser than the Indy 500. And, they've changed the composition of some menu items, blea! We won't be back!!
Service and food quality has gotten so bad we don't go there at all.. Used to be frequent customers.
This review if for the electronic ordering system. Our party found it to be really annoying, grandparents were not pleased with it. Thank goodness we were there to help them and take care of the ordering. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Hoping the electronic ordering system will be phased out. It takes away from the relaxing dinning experience.
Food wasn't great. Overpriced for portion size. Service was TERRIBLE. Most of my family's experiences with Red Robin has been mediocre at best. Haven't been there in years because of this. Cost too much to try in the future. I'll spend my money where I already know the food and service is good. Keep trying!
The worse customer Service ever. Not even the managers and the general manager care about their guess. $40 mess up on there part and I get a $15 gift card as a sorry we messed up. Wow. I won't be returning here ever
I have never posted anything negative about a restaurant but here it goes.... we've always loved the Gresham Red Robin, but the past 2 visits have proved very disappointing. We waited 15 min to get our menus and 30 more min for our food to arrive. When the food finally came, they had made mistakes on 2 of the orders and our food was cold...it's hard to eat cold fries and cold burgers! The service was poor as well.
