Great food and service! Maggie did a great job! She was friendly, helpful, and even joked around with us, making for an extra fun visit!
I ate at Gresham Red Robin last night and was very pleased with the service and the food and have never had a bad experience there, the Cod Burger was really good and my daughter and grandsons burgers were good too from what they said
Had to clean off a table, service was BAD! I actually saw this customer walk out after sitting for 10-15 without being greeted. When leaving the lady at the front was playing on her cellphone and didn't even say bye or nothing. The guy who finally helped us was not friendly what so ever. Let's just say they are lucky I like their food and was in a patient mood yesterday.
Red Robin has a service problem and Gresham Red Robin please fix immediately
I went there with my family. The serve was okay it they placed at table with high traffic and it was a bit uncomfortable. Other then that the food was really good and would go there again.
Great service and both our hamburgers were tasty. Promptly received extra fries and refills on our beverages.
My chicken salad was great, chicken was tender and delicious.
I went there with my sons and fiancé for lunch and luckily my sons food was good cause everything else was awful and when I told the manager he said we'll we only get complaints few and far between now and totally shot me down instead of trying to make my experience better.
