Normally I love Red Robin’s but I ordered garlic herb fries for two meals and got ten fries in one of them so I called and asked for replacement and then they just sent me regular steak fries so I just payed an extra 1.49 for ten garlic fries that doesn’t seem fair.
Poor service. Asked for no ice in drink, got full to the brim with ice, asked for a refill with no ice again, same result. Asked server if she could bring me a replacement with no ice as requested, she behaved as if I had asked for the impossible. Went downhill from there, sloppy service waited around 40 minutes before we got to order. 3 tables seated after us got their food about the time we got to order. I was so disappointed!!! I used to come here all the time! I came here with a group of friends and the waiter came with our food and dropped mine on my friends daughter.. the guy looks at me and gives me a blank face and asked if I wanted a new one, when obviously I would want to since he dropped it. Comes back out and it’s the wrong order and I wanted garlic fries and instead I got plain fries and still got charged for the garlic. It was the worse experience ever and definitely lost my business

45 minute wait to be seated, another hour wait for food. No crayons for kids menu, no English version of the menu! We ordered some fries at the time of our drinks, and never received them! My salad came 10 minutes after everyone received their burgers! Manager was avoiding us, unhelpful, and never offered to comp our food! Never going back there again!!!
It was the first time my burger was not prepared the way I asked but I've been there a lot of other times and mistakes happen it's not the end of the world.
Their service sucks. I'm over it. Never ordering again.
Do not do to go orders! Hopefully they are quicker inside! Took an hour from when we ordered.
