Maybe they're just not used to repeat business so they don't care how they treat patrons, but this was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Red Robin. The waitress was rude, and once our order was taken completely ignored us other than delivering our food. We had to hunt down a different server just for a drink refill, after the glass had been empty for a solid 1/2 hour. We will NOT be returning if this is how this restaurant chooses to operate.
I will never ever ever go back to this location. They have screwed up every order ive made the last few months and when approached about it they act disrespectful and "poo poo" it. Because of the horrible interactions ive had with them I will never eat at a red robin location anywhere. Theyre very unproffessional and every time I get my food its completely incorrect and they take 0 responsibility for it. Service was pretty good, had a beer � as I waited. Food served quickly and with out s fan fair. Not keen on paying at the dinner table seem kinda odd.
I really do not have any thing good to say. The service was awful. The food was awesome,which brings me back with my Grandson every time!
Delivery service took 1 1/2 hours and fries were cold as can be and hamburger wasn't wrapped and was all over the container. We only live 2 miles and should of just went in. Won't do this again.
