Food was good except the childs pasta dish. It was very bitter tasting sauce. I sent it back and got mac and cheese instead. No adjustment on price was made however :(
We had a great meal but the best thing was our waiter! He was the best ever! He was one of the best waiters we have ever had. I wish I could remember his name! Sorry! My memory for names is the worst! We ate at restaurants all last week and no one was as friendly and efficient as he was.
Seriously?? I thought to be cool and give your delivery service a second chance. Was told the first time that you were unusually busy for that night of the week, so that was why my food was late and cold. Tonight? I was given an hour wait, your driver was 20 min late, food was wrong and cold as crap, and very little customer service. Never again. I won't let myself be desperate enough to order through Red Robin Delivery again. Stick to curbside pick up...
I go there for the burgers, and my children love the bottomless kids menu. The service (depends on what you want) is good. Frankly I don't need to be approached at my table every 3 minutes while I'm trying to enjoy my meal and have a conversation. Red Robin, is good at not doing this. LOL generally when I want them I make eye contact and do a little gesture with my hand and they know what that means. sure the servers may not be in your ass all the time, but they do let you enjoy your meal.
My son was just racially profiled at this restaurant!! They lied and told him they had him on camera not paying and leaving!! They don't even have cameras in that store!! My attorney will handle this from here!!! HORRIBLY HURT BY THIS!
After 45 minutes are order was taken after 9pm, that way kitchen closed bottomless fries my butt. We were given cold food and a handful of excuses. Not up to Red Robin's standards by far.
My husband & I went for my free birthday burger � well this time I got chicken lol Man o man it was delicious! We love this place � Still have not yet tried their delivery �
The waitress was too busy watching tv that when she served our drinks she almost dropped my daughters drink, I had to grab it from her before she tipped it over on my friend, there were tables that weren't bussed the entire time we were there, and the hostess had hickeys on her neck. I usually LOVE Red Robin but this is the worst experience I've had there.
