Extremely long wait. Then forgot napkins, condiments. While we generally enjoy Red Robin, the convenience is one of the plusses. Maybe it is the management of this particular restaurant.
The food has always been great the 5 times we've come here, but the service EVERY.SINGLE.TIME is the WORST service we've ever had anywhere.
Love going to Red Robyn. There burgers and refillable fries are awsome.
Sitting here now and service sucks! We are not done eating and gave my sister a to go box already! We came here for her birthday and it suxed!
I have a royalty card, I eat at Red Robin all the time, but I just got banned from this location. This location has horrible lying managers that couldn't care less about their customers. Find another location. This one isn't worth the aggravation. I just had to send my food back twice, and still didn't even get a meal.
