Rebecca our waitress was awesome. Food was really good. She went above and beyond and treated us great. Was great with the boys and all their demands.
Wish I had our waitresses name, she was so sweet, very attentive.
Very disappointed. We have gone to this location for years. However they have obviously made cost cutting choices that are a bad decision. The food we got last night was horrible and overpriced for what they call a "normal serving". The new kids pizza is disgusting. My son has never turned pizza away, but he took one bite of it and asked for something better. We will never be going back.
Food was really good however our waiter kept trying to have a conversation with us as we were eating. For some people this might not matter, I just prefer to eat and converse with the person I am with, not so much the wait staff.

We were in today, June 11th around 3:30. Katlin??? Sorry, we didn't get our servers name. Had the most awesome service and server! Attentive, smiling and friendly. We had just had a bad experience at TWO other local restaurants so we came in with an attitude....quickly gone with a smile when we walked in the door and our big smiles when we walked out. Food was great too. We will be back, you guys proved why you have staying power. Thank you!!!
After an incredibly long day followed by an extremely stressful evening, we were blessed by the most amazing server at Red Robin. Very attentive to our needs before we knew we had them. Even the smallest detail such a bringing out fries before we even ordered because she overheard me comment on the phone that we hadn't eaten all day. Truly a blessing and wonderful...we need more human connections like this. ;)
