We waited 45 minutes for are food and when asked about it, it mysteriously appeared but cold. Asked for extra napkins and that only took 20 minutes. I think we were offered a refill once. But when the bill came and we paid through the KIOS. Boy, that waiter was right on top of looking for the tip. Otherwise it was not a good experience
Tried Gresham locations new online delivery service. I hate to be that person but 2 hour later. Food had been in the delivery guys car for 1.5 of that food was cold. Not please with service. I get it’s a Friday but the service is not as advertised.
Casey was amazing, the salted caramel shake was yumilish 🎈
Discovered the ToGo menu and we are loving having it ready to pickup and eat at home on those busy work days.
Love going to Red Robin for lunch,the onion soup is so good.
