Red Robin used to be so much better. Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. All the tables have touch screens to order and pay. At first it was cool, but honestly it just feels like a fast food place now. I won't say I will never go back, but wont go out of my way. Unless I am getting my free birthday burger. Lets not get crazy. Lol
Food is good and so is the service. 😊Great place to go after a little shopping in your area.
My teenage kids and I went out for dinner and our server seemed to be overwhelmed and kept forgetting to bring us our stuff and the things we asked for(like dip for fries). We also had to wave her down to ask for drink refills because she only walked by our table and not to our table to ask if we needed anything. We like this location but we felt like our server was neglecting her duties.
Nothing like being sat outside and forgotten. Ordered an avacado cobb salad, let the server know please no meat, Im vegetarian. They bring my salad out, yup full of bacon and chicken, so I have to walk in to find someone holding my salad (embarassing) asking them no meat please, then for them to bring back a plate full of iceberg lettuce and sarcasm. Someone at my table ordered a medium rare burger for it to come back well done,(dry patty from hell) but a server cant even come to the table to ask if everything is ok. Endless... read more
Our food was good.. the wait staff was friendly but inattentive. They forgot my sons milk 3 times and we only ordered a 6piece corn dog but they gave us a 9piece and tried to charge us for the 9piece. The restaurant in general was ok. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
The food was great as always. And our server was very attentive even though they were bust
Well...my friends burger was dry- missing condiments, the ice tea was like water, service was good when we got it and if they know their furniture is bad, fix it! The hostess needs some more hospitality school, take in some consideration of how your group is going to fit comfortably ... Sorry Wilsonville, you need to update your game a little....my burger was good though and the onion rings
