I love the food but service is always poor. The table we sat at was freezing no where to move to another table. Server told us the people who were at table before us moved so if their food comes please let the that server know they moved. Fries were cold than as we finished they brought us more cold fries since we had to wait so long. I really can't remember the last time Galeria Red Robin gave good service and your entire meal was warm. This was my last time eating at this restaurant.
Not worth the overpriced hambugers. They don't offer military discounts.
it took over 30 minutes to be served our food and all we ordered were burgers. The food was good though
The pretzel bites were nasty. They looked deep fried and the cheese...was worse.
It was nice, had a great time eating dinner. The service was magnificent as well.
I go because my husband enjoys their burgers! I order a reg. Cheeseburger, eat half and the other half is in the fridge, right now! The fries were cold! I had to ask for more fries for my husband to wich our server said it would be 2 min. Also a refill of ice tea for my husband. I didn't get my lemon for my water but, I took my husband's. We've learned to accept the lemon for his ice tea in case they don't bring lemon for my water. The sever was very blah. But de server wasn't that great ..this is the firts time that I was not please with a server.
It was very very good it was my birthday me and my husband went there the service was good and we had the the burgers with the Marco Polo and it was amazing chicken sandwich and my husband enjoyed his as well I forgot what it was called the amazing
Average and SLOW. SLOW seating us and SLOW with putting out the food. Our waitress did a good job of making us feel comfortable and welcomed. This Red Robin was way SLOWER then other Red Robin's I haves dined at...did I say SLOW?
