RecommendedTheir burgers are da bomb.
Went to the Galleria location and was truly disappointed. Waited 15 minutes to be seated and then another 15 for a waitress. She was extremely slow, took quite awhile for our food and while the teriyaki chicken sandwich I had was good, the side salad was put on the hot plate so by the time I got it, the lettuce and cucumbers were wilted and the cheese on top was all melted. We had to ask our server for silverware and she never came back to check on us. Won't be going back any time soon.
Great time, hot food & friendly waitress. Every time we go to the mall my grandkids always ask to go there.

RecommendedI wasn't hungry, but my sister was and we were at the Galleria at Sunset, so we decided on Red Robin. Great idea! Excellent food and our server was great! Highly recommend!!
Took family to Galleria Mall to Red Robin. It was horrible. Had to send onion rings back twice as they were cooked too hard. My husband ordered fish and chips. Same thing, sent back twice as they were cooked too long. The manager came out and told us it was due to the grease needed changing!! Then told there was two new cooks. Just a horrible experience!!!! Never again

My gourmet cheeseburger(s) & fries are always made perfect! When I’m at the Galleria Mall in Henderson, I always look forward to coming here. ����
The food was great! But the service was slow .. never check back.. didn't get knives to cut the food.. not very friendly �
