Had to wait 15 mins for water and another 5 mins for our waitress and table settings out location was at the galleria mall. Restaurant was packed but service was slow , the food was excellent but the tables around us had the same problem good food slow service. The table behind us had a different server and the table on the side server had another server all 3 were saying sorry for the wait. They were friendly just overwhelmed
On a roll in Vegas with servers went to Mall Red Robin
it was okay nothing to write home about our waiter was so so our waiter was okay we sat in the bar area it was very noisy in a lot of traffic you could hardly hear yourself talk let alone hear the waiter talk it'll be awhile before we go back

Went to the Galleria mall location, service was extremely slow. Fountain drink that we ordered didn't have the syrup mixture correct and tasted flat as well as weak. Ordered different drinks. They still tried to charge me for the bad drinks. Had to wait for a server to come and correct the mistake. Then I had to wait again (even though I had that electronic blinking tablet on, nobody cares). Overall food is OK. SERVICE SUCKS
Our waitress was very nice and was helpful. Our food took so long to get to us and we only ordered burgers and fries. My son never got the all you can eat fries. He wanted more we tolld waitress and waited 17 min. We finally left.

Here from Ks. & used my birthday buger here... The food was great but my server was extremely rude and unhelpful( had to get the host to get to go containers... Although my burger was free still paid a tab of over $50... Can definitely tell the difference between the different states customer service...
