UMMM ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS
Red Robin just doesn’t seem to be as good as it was. Either that, or eating there once or twice a year is too frequently.

Food was all cold, salad was limp!
This is the kind of company that eliminates jobs (ex: bussers, and server shifts) in order to save labor, but instead results in piss poor service, frustrated team members and burnt out managers. Not to mention angry and unsatisfied customers. I’d rather spend my money somewhere that guarantees a great experience for my buck.
once again they have disappointed me and my family. the whole team is so rude no customer service at all. I put in a to go order and of course I got home and it was completely wrong had to drive back up there in the rain and wind and when you talked to the manager Megan she acted like it was my fault my order was wrong. I get it's the day before Thanksgiving and they are busy but this happens every time we go. every table is dirty like always. they need more help here or a better team put in place.

Ordered thru Grubhub and the food arrived cold. I can understand it could be the driver but when I order a burger with no pink and it arrives all pink that has nothing to do with Grubhub. Learn how to cook would be the first lesson.
