Best burgers! My favorite place to enjoy with my son!
In our cup of water we found a ranch container with dirty water on the bottom.But i will never return to this restaurant.
I've been here 40 minutes and still haven't received my food. I ordered an appetizer and I had to hunt down a manager to get it after waiting 30min. I understand it's the holiday Christmas rush but really. ...this is ridiculous! THEY'RE BURGERS AND FRIES

I love Red Robin
I decided to take my girlfriend out to dinner on my birthday this last Sunday. The food was EXCELLENT. However, there were a few mis-steps during our order BUT.... when I spoke with the manager Denise, She listened to my plight and has rectified my concerns. I understand that the remodeling of the store disrupted the flow of the restaurant and every one there is trying to make it work. Thank you again for the wonderful response to my concerns! I give you an Excellent A+ on customer service!
