Food is great when you finally get it.. Waitresses are great. But the food service is very slow.
Went there around 5pm during the week. Food was okay but not as hot as I would like. Service was horrible. Appetizer came out with no silverware or napkins. After the order came, we didn't see our server for more fries or drinks. This is the second time at this location and the service was the same. I will stick with the Nashua location, I have never had an issue there (over 20 visits) and they are much busier.
we ate her for my son 25th bday.....burgers were burnt and like hockey pucks......soooo not coming back......

Service is horrible if you even get service. We got up and left after waiting 10 minutes for a server. I don't recommend this Red Robin.
Awful....they used to be good when they first opened but have gone down hill since. They never have enough staff on the floor, their food is either made wrong or not hot enough almost like it's been sitting under the heating lamp too long and the manager that is usually here, could careless and doesn't know how to run the staff. The poor hostess had to host, bus tables AND serve drinks to tables! Our poor waitress had so many tables we saw her maybe a total of 4 times. The only good thing I can say is being seated, and the food came in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff was friendly, I think it was over priced, 2.99 for a few table spoons chili and a slice of cheese on the fries, I ordered the red robin double cheese burger it wasn't much better then a mcdonalds double cheese burger, when I got it all I saw was bun the burger was hanging about 60% off the bun into the wrapper, we received our silverware on a platter 2 of 4 pieces had food spots on them! I will not go back!
never eat at this pos establishment my parents orderd me food to go last sat iwas at work n no burger just onion rings i will never eat at this place agin !!!
